Do all of your products contain Elderberry?

No, all products with Elderberry are listed in the ingredients. There is a chance of cross contamination in our facilities if you have an Elderberry allergy.

How long is processing and shipping?

Processing is 3-5 business days. Orders will ship out once a week on Monday, via USPS. Holiday orders are the exception, and will ship by Dec 7th.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or opened.

I put the incorrect delivery address, what now?

Email us within 24 hours at elderboutiqueapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and the correct mailing address. After 24 hours, we have begun processing and no changes may be made. Failure of delivery due to incorrect address, by fault of the customer, are non refundable and will not be replaced or credited.

An item I want is out of stock, do you have extra inventory?

If an item is out of stock, you may be added to the waitlist for future restocks.

Are all of your ingredients organic?

All herbs and spices used in our products are Certified Organic.
